Operation is intermittent and something can be heard 'rattling' around inside
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Wheel play detector remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to rattle and also was dead.
On opening the issue was found to be a broken mounting plate that holds the battery into place. This broken part allowed the battery to become detached from the PCB. The battery was hot glued into place to prevent the plug from detaching again. Full functionality was restored.
