Customer's Fault Description
The remote control was dropped and came on for a bit with a blank screen but now won't turn on at all. When taking the back off to check the batteries the batteries just seem to fall out.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have impacted internal terminals causing an intermittent power fault.
The terminals were bent back into shape and reinforced using solder, this restored full functionality.
