Customer's Fault Description
the remote appears to be working red light comes on when using up and down function but the receiver only seems to be receiving the UP signal [the receiver light goes red] it does not go red when using the remote to use the DOWN function
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be not transmitting on the down button press.
This was found to be due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the handset.
This was replaced which restored full functionality.
No problem was found with the receiver.
