Customer's Fault Description
No connection to Soundbar. No lights when tested as per your video clip. Rattling in body of remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Canton remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to rattle. When tested the remote was found to be dead.
On opening a capacitor was found to have broken away from the PCB. The capacitor was fitted firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
