Customer's Fault Description
The down button hardly works when it is pressed. It needs to be pressed very hard to work at all - mostly it doesn't do anything. All other buttons are ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Lazboy Recliner chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the down button contacts were badly worn.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
