Customer's Fault Description
Battery leaked, and it stopped working, think the odd button works (number 4 and possibly 9).
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection had signs of a previous opening prior to arrival. On testing it was found that many buttons were non responsive.
This was due to breaks in the print caused by the battery leak. The button array was reworked which restored full functionality.
