Not working at all, wire came loose
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the retaining clip on the battery cover was broken (this cannot be replaced as spare cases are not available as spares)

The battery cable was found to be broken, this was replaced and then it was found that the buttons were also faulty.  All buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
