Customer's Fault Description
One of the batteries (lowest one) doesn’t stay in place once fitted. If I tap the back then sometimes it works but very erratic. This means I cannot record or watched recorded programmes on recorder. Can you help.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal.
It is assumed that the incorrect batteries were inserted to the remote, such as the cr2016 or cr2025, which will be a loose fit (same diameter but wrong thickness).
The batteries that this remote uses is 2 * CR2032, a set has been included fitted on return to the customer.
This item has been deemed as no fault found.
