Customer's Fault Description
Keep having to roll batteries around to make a conection. The battery terminals are rusty Could they please be replaced, once the connection is made it seems to work OK.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its power button press.

This was found to be due to damaged terminals from a battery leak.  The damaged terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
