Customer's Fault Description
Not working at all. Suspect battery fitted incorrectly. When fitted smoke came from the unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was damaged and the cover was missing, also a regulator diode was blown.  A replacement battery cable and regulator was fitted which restored full functionality.

The battery cover cannot be replaced as unfortunately we have no spares covers available.
