Customer's Fault Description
The only buttons that seem to work are 1,2,7,8,9. Nothing else. My brother has cleaned it thoroughly but it didn’t seem to make a difference
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was conformed to have many non functioning buttons.

This was found to be due to the main IC breaking away from the pcb.  The solder points on the IC were reflowed which restored full functionality.
