Customer's Fault Description
Moved into a new home and there is a Sarason waterproof TV in the bathroom. It works but the remote does not work. I put a new battery in it but still nothing works.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button as per normal operation.
The control was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals but no fault could be replicated.
It was therefore concluded that the issue is with either the battery used or the receiver in the TV itself.
I have left a fully charged Duracell battery in the remote on return to eliminate the possibility of it being the customers battery at fault.
