Unit will not step to timer mode
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This timer controller arrived safely from Ireland and on adding a power source the display was showing erroneous display character set.
A few of the pins of the display were bent out of shape and two were touching (see image) when the pins were bent back into normal place the screen display was then shown as correct.
When going through the timer setup (holding the power button for a few seconds) this eventually brought up the timer display. Please see the video demonstration.
