Customer's Fault Description
The only way to turn fire on is with remote and it only works intermittently. Put new batteries in but still the same problem.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were fitted which restored full functionality.
