Customer's Fault Description
Buttons on left were sticking on after i let go so caravan continued spinning I think to the right. Now the top button (forward drive) won't work at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty forward button. Also some of the other buttons were contaminated (see image)
This was found to be due to corrosion in the print caused by water contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
