Customer's Fault Description
Battery cover broken. Batteries keep falling out.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the screen has a small damage point (this doesn't effect functionality), the battery cover was missing a few of its retaining clips and the internal terminals were loose due to being slightly impacted.
The internal terminals were bent back into place and then reinforced using solder. This makes a solid connection. Please note that the fitting is very tight which is how its meant to be.
A replacement battery cover was fitted.
