Customer's Fault Description
The ON/OFF button works intermittently . Everything else ie display and the other buttons and knobs seem to working fine . I hope you can repair this .
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be responding from its power button press and did have signs of a battery leak on a couple of the terminals.
After talking with the customer it was found that the power button has poor response. The button cap was peeled back and etched back then cleaned using alcohol. The terminals were then re-plated. The customer is to test the control fully on return (we have limited testing capabilities as we dont have a receiver / shower to pair it with)
