Remote Fixer Repair Response
This bed remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to not be screwed together, the IR cover was found inside.
The Oscillator was detached from the PCB but also the mode switch in the battery compartment was missing its slider.
The oscillator was replaced which restored functionality. The customer was contacted about the mode switch but was told that they cannot remember it ever having on and to simply repair the remote without the switch.
