Customer's Fault Description
Stopped working. Changed both sets of batteries. The remote worked intermittently when right next to receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found that the remote was not transmitting a decent signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset itself.
The transducer in the remote was replaced which restored full functionality.
No problem was found with the receiver.
