Customer's Fault Description
Batteries don’t fit properly after the remote fell on to the floor . Apparently this is a common problem with this model and brand !
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead due to impacted battery terminals.
The terminals were bent back into position and solder was used to reinforce them to hopefully prevent them from bending out of shape again. This restored full functionality.
