Customer's Fault Description
Despite new batteries the light doesnt come on when the top button is pressed or is very faint so the garage roller door doesnt open.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. On opening the battery housing was found to have broken away from the PCB (SEE IMAGE). The housing was soldered firmly back into place and then when tested it was found that the batteries included were low causing a poor signal response. A set of Duracell batteries were fitted on return. Full functionality was restored.
