Customer's Fault Description
When handset activated the light flashes rapidly before the near side motor works without any buttons being depressed.
Battery has to be removed to stop the mover working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a shorted button contact as it was transmitting without any button being pressed.
The facia was peeled apart and it was found that in fact 2 buttons were shorted due to contamination. The button array was cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
