Treadmill Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Treadmill
Customers Fault Description : Dead.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This treadmill controller arrived safely and on initial testing was found to be transmitting as per normal. The customer was contacted to initially state that the remote has no fault found and to get more information but mid conversation the fault appeared.
This was found to be due to a bad joint on the main IC. The pins were re-flowed which restored functionality.
Due to the intermittent nature of the fault a backup clone has been created for stock if needed in the future.
