Been working OK for 10 years - Just stopped working - Actual fire works fine using controls on fire - new batteries tried
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing the ON/OFF button was not responding, the other buttons worked as normal.

On opening the issue was found to be caused by contamination over the button array.  The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and he print reworked which restored full functionality.
