Customer's Fault Description
Blue light is permanently on and none of the buttons work. It worked for about half an hour after a few months of nothing, but then it stopped working again.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal on each button press. The control was opened to check for any contamination that could have shorted out any contacts but the internals were found to be clean and clear of all contaminants.
The control was then tested over a 2 day period with no faults being replicated, this has classed this item as no fault found.
