Customer's Fault Description
On and off button not working plus plastic covering missing over button.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing 2 button caps and the buttons were faulty. The button caps cannot be replaced as that is part of the overall case which is not available as spares. The buttons were replaced after confirming with the customer. This restored functionality but then it was found that the power was intermittent. The battery terminals were found to be loose, once resoldered this restored full functionality.
