Customer's Fault Description
The fire remote is not turning the fire on. We have to press the up button, which appears to work on the dial but is not controlling the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal.

This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
