Intermitant fault with buttons, main cable outer casing damaged
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This chair remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable at the remote end and also worn button contacts.
The cable was cut back and re-fitted to bypass the break and replacement conductive caps were glues on each button.
