Remote stopped working, rattles when shaken
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead and did indeed rattle.

On opening the issue was found to be due to the large metal "weight" had broken away from its fittings and was loose inside the control, effectively shorting out parts of the print. 

The weight was hot glued firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
