This remote arrived safely and on inspection the case was cracked and the IR top cover was missing (the cover cant be replaced as spares are not available but this doesn't effect functionality)
On testing quite a number of the buttons were found to be non responsive / sluggish. When opened the issue was found to be due to a large amount of liquid contamination. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and replacement conductive pads fitted on the worst effected buttons which restored full functionality. The case was then glued together.
