Customer's Fault Description
bit sluggish trying to turn it on and get the flame switch on. Rarely ever use the heat switches. have changed the batteries etc. but made no difference.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
