Customer's Fault Description
I dropped the remote on the floor after this happpen, When I try to use the remote it does not work turning the fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting.  This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.

The battery cable was also replaced as it had signs of a battery leak.
