Customer's Fault Description
The left button at the down site doesn't work and sometimes the right button up site , we can’t put on the fire place
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Holland and on testing was found to have a digit missing from the screen (this cannot be replaced and doesn't effect functionality).
The bottom left and top right buttons were confirmed to be sluggish in response. Both button were replaced which restored full functionality.
