Customer's Fault Description
The on/off button on the remote control control has to be pressed 6 or 7 times to get the T.V. to turn on or off. Sometimes it does not work at all and the T.V. has to be switched on or off by pressing the on/off button on the T.V.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a sluggish power button response. This was due to worn contacts on the pad itself. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
