Customer's Fault Description
Remote seems to work as light comes on, however the light at the fire end receiver does not, with no engagement at the fire control. New batteries were tried but no change.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset itself. A replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
