Customer's Fault Description
Model PDT KF04-433RC was dropped in a drain gulley and after being disassembled and dried out does not work with new batteries
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its button presses.
On opening this was found to be due to the button caps not being present. It would appear that they fell off when opened by the customer. Replacement button caps were fitted which restored full functionality.
