Customer's Fault Description
Remote has totally stopped working. Battery has been checked. Even when it was working, it was still faulty due to the damage on the top
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was shattered apart. The case cannot be replaced and therefore hot glue is used to mount the pcb / battery block.
On testing the remote was dead.
The IR leds were modified and broken, these were replace and also the oscillator was replaced. This restored full functionality.
A set of batteries have been supplied fitted on return.
