Remote not working , I think put new working battery in and still no light from remote

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The controller was opened and no issue could be found nor fault replicated.
The code being transmitted was tested and verified as correct, this has classed the item as no fault found. The customer is to double check the battery used is fully charged and inserted correctly, also ensure that the battery is a CR2025 as batteries of other values may not work. Failing that the issue may be with the receiver part of the heater itself.
