Customer's Fault Description
Regardless of which button is pressed, LED not lighting up so not sending signal to fire. It used to be an intermittent fault now not working at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the retaining clip on the battery cover was broken, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
The buttons were found to be faulty, all four buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
