Customer's Fault Description
Only issue was with the volume buttons. Haven't used the remote for a while, so not sure if there are any other issues, but the remote has just been in storage.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish / non responsive volume buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to a large amount of liquid contamination over the button array (see image). This was cleared and full functionality was resorted to all buttons.
