Customer's Fault Description
Remote lights working but no signal being received by the receiver unit. Receiver unit working as we can switch the fire on using the noise of the vacuum cleaner!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting, this was due to a faulty transducer.  A replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
