As discussed by 'phone: system failed. Please check and repair as neccessary.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting on either channel.
This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the receiver.
