Customer's Fault Description
Red and Blue buttons are not responding and white buttons can be erratic and one of them is juddery in response. Sometimes more of the buttons have worked if the cover is off - but as soon as the cover is sealed back again they stop responding.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged at the solder points, this looks to have been from a previous repair attempt prior to arrival with us. The cable was refitted correctly and switch cleaner used on each buttons.
