The off button and the bottom right top button are not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the facia button caps were damaged and also the battery cover was held on by tape.
The facia isn't available as a spare and nor is the battery cover and therefore cant be replaced. The facia was peeled back and replacement button caps fitted, then the original facia was refitted. This restored full functionality.
