I am the landlord of a property and my tenant has been having problems with the fire. I called an electrician to have look and to test everything. He told me that the fire was ok and it was the remote control that was broken
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit on most of the buttons.
This was found to be due to cracked solder joints on the main IC. The solder joints were re-flowed which restored full functionality.
