Customer's Fault Description
Replaced both batteries in fire and battery in this handset . No green light flashing on remote to say it’s connecting . The red wire has come away from the secured pocket inside and have tried to glue back in / on . Not working . If this can’t be fixed , do you know where we could order a new remote ?
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.  The battery cable was replaced as well as all four of the buttons which restored full functionality.
