Not responding at all. I cant use the vibrating platform without it
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Vibrating platform remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be very intermittent in response.

On opening this was found to be due to bent battery terminals which was causing an intermittent power source.  The terminals were re-shaped which restored full functionality.

A set of Duracell batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
