Customer's Fault Description
The following buttons of the remote control do not work:

<br />3) TV SPORTS
<br />4) DISCO
<br />5) EFFECT
<br />6) DSP - Down
<br />7) MUTING
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Germany and on testing was confirmed to have various non responding buttons.
This was due to bad solder joints on the main IC. The IC solder was reflowed which restored full functionality (see testing video).
