The unit fell onto a wooden floor. It has only lit the fire once since then. Display looks like it is all functioning.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
It is possible that the remote required pairing with the receiver or it could be a fault with the receiver and it may be just coincidental that the issue happened shortly after the remote was dropped.
No fault could be replicated with the remote.
