Customer's Fault Description
The remote sometimes works when turning on or off but not consistently. Obviously we have been changing the batteries but the issue is with the buttons only working sometimes.
We have been in a position where we have turned the fire on but cannot turn it off so we do not use it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response. All four buttons were replaced as well as the battery cable which restored full functionality.
